摘　　要：分析了四氯乙烯生产中产品pH值的现状,提出了采用管道混合器进行萃取来解决产品pH值的方案,并在投入生产前在实验室进行萃取试验。在生产过程中的应用情况表明,管道混合器能提升萃取效果,稳定产品pH值。The current situation of pH of tetrachloroethylene product in the production was analyzed,and a solution to the pH issue was proposed using pipeline mixer extraction.Extraction experiments were conducted in the laboratory before putting into production.The application in the production process showed that the pipeline mixer could improve the extraction effect and stabilized the pH value of product.
