摘  要:电气试验设备柜内凝露现象会对设备的正常运作产生显著的负面影响,并可能对操作人员的安全构成威胁。基于分析凝露现象在设备柜内发展进程及防凝露控制原理,提出智能防凝露调控系统总体结构。该系统由可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和人机界面(HMI)构成的中央控制单元、温度湿度控制装置以及外围执行机构组成。综合评估温度和湿度因素对设备凝露现象的影响并设计一套全面控制策略。该系统具备多项保护功能,包括设备疲劳防护、低温防护、快速冷却保护以及高温预警信号处理,从而增强了设备的运行安全与稳定性。人机交互HMI实现系统监视,测试了电气试验设备柜内不同相对湿度,不同相对高度,不同除湿装置的布置方式对壁面水蒸气冷凝速率的影响。测试结果表明相对湿度越大,冷凝速率衰减至0的时间越长,冷凝速率的变化主要发生在柜体的上半部分,在柜体的上部区域安装智能防凝露装置,效果将更为显著。The condensation phenomenon in the electrical testing equipment cabinet will have a significantly negatively impact on the normal operation of the equipment and may pose a threat to the safety of the operators.Based on the analysis of the development process of condensation in the equipment cabinet and the principles of anticondensation control,a general structure for an intelligent anti-condensation control system is proposed.This system consists of a central control unit made up of a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)and a Human-Machine Interface(HMI),a temperature and humidity control device,and a peripheral actuator.The system evaluates the impact of temperature and humidity factors on condensation and designs a comprehensive control strategy.It incorporates several protective functions,including equipment fatigue protection,low-temperature protection,rapid cooling protection,and high-temperature warning signal processing,thereby enhancing the operational safety and stability of the equipment.The HMI provides system monitoring,and tests were conducted on the effects of different relative humidity levels,varying heights,and different dehumidification device layouts on the condensation rate of water vapor on the walls of the cabinet.Test results show that the higher the relative humidity,the longer it takes for the condensation rate to decay to zero.The rate of condensation change mainly occurs in the upper half of the cabinet.Installing the intelligent anti-condensation device in the upper area of the cabinet results in a more significant effect.
