摘  要:目的:探讨心理教育干预对心脏计算机断层扫描(CT)检查患者恐惧和不适感的影响。方法:选取某院2022年1月—2024年2月拟行心脏CT检查的563例患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=282)和研究组(n=281)。对照组给予常规干预措施,研究组在对照组基础上实施心理教育干预。比较两组应激反应[心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)水平]、恐惧程度、焦虑抑郁情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]、检查耗时和配合度、图像质量、不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,研究组HR、DBP、SBP水平低于对照组(t=8.837,9.116,3.961;P<0.05);研究组Ⅰ级恐惧程度发生率高于对照组,Ⅳ级恐惧程度发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.635,4.880;P<0.05);研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(t=19.278,17.921;P<0.05);研究组检查耗时少于对照组(t=6.624;P<0.05);研究组检查总配合率、图像质量总优良率高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.586,4.248;P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.089;P<0.05)。结论:心理教育干预可降低行心脏CT检查患者的应激反应,减轻恐惧程度和焦虑抑郁情绪,缩短检查时间,提高配合度和图像质量,同时减少不良反应发生,改善不适情况。Objective:To explore the influence of psychological education intervention on the fear and discomfort of patients undergoing cardiac computed tomography(CT).Methods:A total of 563 patients who were scheduled for cardiac CT examination in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were randomly divided into control group(n=282)and study group(n=281).The control group was given routine intervention measures,and the study group was given psychological education intervention on the basis of the control group.The stress reaction[heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)level],degree of fear,anxiety and depression[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores],examination time and cooperation,image quality and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the levels of HR,DBP and SBP in the study group were lower(t=8.837,9.116,3.961;P<0.05).The incidence of grade I fear in the study group was higher,and the incidence of grade IV fear was lower(χ^(2)=4.635,4.880;P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower(t=19.278,17.921;P<0.05).The examination time of the study group was less(t=6.624;P<0.05).The total matching rate and the total excellent and good rate of image quality in the study group were higher(χ^(2)=4.586,4.248;P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower(χ^(2)=4.089;P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological education intervention can reduce the stress response of patients undergoing cardiac CT examination,reduce the degree of fear and anxiety and depression,shorten the examination time,improve the degree of cooperation and image quality,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve discomfort.
