摘  要:以中心分级旋流燃烧室为研究对象,采用试验研究和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了相同总当量比下不同燃料分级比对燃烧室流场和燃烧特性的影响规律。采用粒子图像测速(Partick Image Velocity,PIV)获得燃烧室冷态流场结构,利用热电偶测量得到燃烧室出口温度分布,使用可协调半导体激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)得到燃烧室空间的温度分布及脉动。研究结果表明:燃料分级比对燃烧室的流场特性和燃烧特性影响很大,预燃级当量比越低,燃烧室出口径向温度差越小,随着预燃级燃料的增多,预燃级轴向速度增大,燃烧室中心温度变高;当仅为预燃级提供燃料的扩散燃烧时,燃烧室内的掺混较差,温度脉动较大;当主、预两级同时提供燃料,会明显降低燃烧室内温度脉动;随分级比增加,出口温度分布系数、CO和NO排放量逐渐升高。Taking the central staged swirl combustor as the research object,the influence of different fuel stratification ratios on the flow field and combustion characteristics of the combustor under the same total equivalence ratio was studied by means of experimental research and numerical simulation.The non-reacting flow field structure of the combustion chamber was obtained by particle image velocity(PIV),the temperature distribution of the combustor outlet was obtained by using thermocouple,and the spatial temperature distribution and pulsation of the combustor were obtained by using tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS).The results show that the fuel stratification ratio has a great influence on the flow field and combustion characteristics of the combustor.The lower the fuel stratification ratio,the smaller the radial temperature difference at the outlet of the combustor.With the increase of pilot fuel,the axial velocity of pilot stage increases,and the central temperature of the combustor becomes higher.When the diffusion combustion only provides fuel for the pilot stage,the fuel and air mixing in the combustion chamber is poor and the temperature fluctuation is large.When the main stage and pilot stage provide fuel at the same time,the temperature fluctuation in the combustor will be significantly reduced.The outlet temperature distribution coefficient,CO and NO emissions gradually increase with the increasing fuel stratification ratio.
