摘 要:本文针对超临界锅炉在深度调峰过程中的材质安全问题,采用滑压运行方式,在180 MW至600 MW工况范围内,对某600 MW超临界锅炉不同负荷工况下深度调峰的受热面管壁温脉动特性进行了实验研究。根据实验数据分析了负荷工况与壁温脉动的影响关系。结果表明:随着调峰负荷从600 MW降低至180 MW,整体受热面管内工质流量及压力逐渐降低,受热面管壁温脉动周期及脉动振幅率逐渐增大。当负荷降至临界负荷197.13 MW(即30%最大连续出力)时,受热面管壁温脉动周期及脉动振幅率显著增加,出现受热面管脉动性超温。前包墙过热器作为首先出现脉动性超温的部件,被确定为影响深度调峰材质安全的关键部件。本研究为超临界锅炉深度调峰适应性评定提供了实验依据。This paper addressed the material safety issue of supercritical boilers during deep peak shaving processes.Using a sliding pressure operation mode,an experimental study was conducted on the wall temperature oscillation characteristics of the heating surface tube walls of a 600 MW supercritical boiler within the operating range of 180 MW to 600 MW.The relationship between load condition and wall temperature oscillation was analyzed based on experimental data.The experimental results show that as the peak regulation load decreases from 600 MW to 180 MW,the working fluid flow rate and pressure inside the overall heating surface tubes gradually decrease,leading to a gradual increase in the oscillation period and oscillatory amplitude ratio of the heating surface tube wall temperature.When the load drops to the critical load of 197.13 MW(i.e.,30% of the maximum continuous rating),there is a significant increase in the oscillation period and oscillatory amplitude ratio of the wall temperature,resulting in pulsating over-temperature conditions in the heating surface tubes.The front enclosed wall superheater,as the first component to experience pulsating over-temperature,is identified as the key component affecting material safety during deep peak shaving.This study provides experimental evidence for the assessment of the adaptability of supercritical boilers under deep peak shaving.
