摘　　要：肠道健康与动物的生长发育和免疫功能密切相关。随着畜禽养殖产业逐渐向集约化、规模化的模式发展,维持肠道健康和免疫系统的稳定逐渐引起了养殖从业者的重视。区别于传统益生菌(probiotics),后生元(postbiotics)作为一种不含活菌的营养补充剂与饲料添加剂,受到了广泛关注。近年来,后生元逐渐应用于饲料添加剂和动物保健领域,展现出调节免疫系统、改善肠道微生态、促进采食与饲料效率等多种功能,可以有效提高养殖动物的肠道健康与生产性能。文章主要介绍了近年来报道的后生元的分子类型、促进肠道健康的潜在机制,及作为饲料添加剂对畜禽生长性能和肠道健康的促进作用,以期为后生元制剂在畜禽养殖领域的研究和应用创新提供参考。The health of the intestine is closely related to the growth,development and immune function of animals.With the development of intensive and large-scaled farming in the livestock and poultry industry,the stability of intestinal health immune system has become gradually attracted the attention of practitioners.In contrast to traditional probiotics,postbiotics,as a type of non-live bacteria nutritional supplement and feed additives,have received widespread attention.Recently,postbiotics have been applied in feed additives and animal healthcare,which suggested benefits,such as modulating immune system,improving gut microbial diversity,promoting the growth of animal and feed efficiency,which further enhanced the gut health and productivity of farmed animals.This article primarily reviews the molecular types of postbiotics,potential mechanisms for promoting intestinal health,and their role as feed additives in promoting the growth performance and intestinal health of livestock and poultry in recent years.It aims to serve as a reference for research and innovative application of postbiotic products in livestock and poultry breeding.
