摘　　要：试验旨在研究添加构树叶的液态全价发酵饲料不同饲喂水平对断奶仔猪生产性能和肠道微生物菌群的影响,通过试验摸索出构树叶液态发酵饲料最佳饲喂水平。试验选取96头36日龄的杜长大三元健康断奶仔猪随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复6头猪,饲喂28 d,试验组为构树叶液态发酵饲料不同替代水平,即1/3替代固态全价日粮组(试验Ⅰ组)、2/3替代固态全价日粮(试验Ⅱ组)和全替代固态全价日粮(试验Ⅲ组),对照组为固态全价日粮,试验结束测定断奶仔猪生长性能及肠道大肠杆菌、乳酸菌的数量。试验结果表明,试验Ⅱ组的料重比、腹泻率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),十二指肠的大肠杆菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),空肠段的乳酸菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,构树叶液态全价发酵饲料替代2/3固态全价日粮,可提高断奶仔猪生长性能,改善断奶仔猪肠道菌群平衡。The study was to study the effect of different feeding levels on the production performance and intestinal microbial flora of weaned piglets.The optimal feeding level liquid fermented feed of Broussonetia papyrifera leaves was found through the experiment.Ninty-six 36-day Duroc×Landrace×Large White weaned piglets were randomly divided into 4 treatments,with 4 replicates in each treatment and 6 pigs in each replicate.They were fed for 28 days.The experimental group consisted of 1/3 of solid full price diet group(GroupⅠ),2/3 of solid full price diet group(GroupⅡ),and full of solid full price diet group(GroupⅢ).The control group consisted of solid full price diet group(Control group).The results showed that the feed to meat ratio and diarrhea in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the number of E.coli in duodenum was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the number of Lactobacillus in the jejuni was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,it was recommended to use liquid full price fermented feed instead of 2/3 of solid price diet to feed weaned piglets in practice.
