摘  要:芳香烃受体是一种依赖于配体激活的转录因子,属于碱性螺旋-环-螺旋-Per-Arnt-Sim转录因子家族的成员。芳香烃受体能整合来自环境、饮食、微生物和代谢的信号启动配体、细胞及环境依赖的靶基因转录,在调节异生代谢、细胞分化、干细胞维持和免疫方面起着重要作用。肠道微生物代谢产物在芳香烃受体信号通路中起着重要作用,可通过调整饮食调控肠道微生物群结构及其代谢产物含量,从而提高机体的健康状况。文章综述了肠道微生物代谢产物介导芳香烃受体信号通路的研究,包括芳香烃受体的结构、配体及其信号通路的概述,以及肠道微生物代谢产物在芳香烃受体信号通路中的作用。Aryl hydrocarbon receptor is a ligand-dependent transcription factor that belongs to the basic helix-loop-helix-per-Arnt-Sim family of transcription factors.Aryl hydrocarbon receptors integrate envi⁃ronmental,dietary,microbial,and metabolic signals to initiate ligand,cell,and environment-dependent transcription of target genes,and play an important role in regulating heteroblastic metabolism,cell differen⁃tiation,stem cell maintenance,and immunity.Intestinal microbial metabolites play an important role in the aryl hydrocarbon receptor signaling pathway.The structure of intestinal microbiota and its metabolites can be regulated by adjusting diet,thereby improving the health of the body.This article reviews the research on aryl hydrocarbon receptor signaling pathway mediated by intestinal microbial metabolites,including the structure of aryl hydrocarbon receptor,an overview of its ligands and signaling pathways,and the role of intestinal microbial metabolites in aryl hydrocarbon receptor signaling pathway.
