从“体育生活化”到“生活体育化”:理论基点、内在逻辑及学理阐释

摘　　要：体育生活化是探究体育本质与价值的重要命题,具有强烈的现实针对性与历史合理性,但因时代之故存在美中不足,因而提出“体育生活化”向“生活体育化”转化与发展的问题。研究表明,生活体育化的理论基点是体育生活化,其转化过程遵循凸显“生活”核心地位及进阶发展的理论逻辑,新时代体育和生活共同需求的现实逻辑。马克思生活观是生活体育化的理论之源,阐释了生活体育化的理论机制、核心内容与意义;内涵上生活体育化指向以体育活动为主体的休闲生活方式,表达为具有身体实践、交往实践的生活观念,生活与体育在双向塑造的过程中趋于统一,形成了以人的自由全面发展为目标的实践路径;其主张生活中职业与场域的泛化,以体育文化塑造生活、激发生活的活力并引领生活的美好。The integration of sports into daily life is an important proposition for exploring the essence and value of sports,which has strong practical pertinence and historical rationality.However,due to the reasons of the times,it has some shortcomings.Therefore,the issue of transforming and developing from“sports integration into life”to“life integration with sports”is raised.Research shows that the theoretical basis of life integration with sports is the integration of sports into daily life.The transformation process follows the theoretical logic of highlighting the core position of“life”and the logic of advanced development,as well as the realistic logic of the common needs of sports and life in the new era.Marx’s view of life is the source of the theory of life integration with sports,which explains the theoretical mechanism,core content,and significance of life integration with sports.In terms of connotation,life integration with sports points to a leisure lifestyle centered on sports activities,expressing a life concept with physical and social practices.Life and sports tend to be unified in the process of“mutual shaping,”forming a practical path aimed at the free and comprehensive development of people.It advocates for the generalization of professions and fields in life,using sports culture to shape life,stimulate the vitality of life,and lead a better life.
