摘　　要：液下泵被广泛应用于硫酸生产装置,在选择立式硫酸液下泵时,对于泵转速、泵体支撑方式、泵扬程等应重点关注。液下泵泵体和电机的安装质量会对泵体运行产生直接影响,对安装细节须严格把控。硫酸液下泵运行中,要特别注意硫酸循环槽的液位、循环酸中机械杂质、泵体振动数据、泵体密封性能等均控制在合理的指标范围内。通过泵生产企业和使用单位共同注重细节管理,浓硫酸液下泵能够做到安全、环保、节能和长周期运行。Submersible pumps are widely used in sulphuric acid production facilities.When choosing a vertical sulphuric acid submersible pump,attention should be paid to factors such as pump speed,pump body support method and pump head.The installation quality of the submersible pump body and motor will have a direct impact on the operation of the pump body,and the installation details must be strictly controlled.During the operation of the sulphuric acid submersible pump,special attention should be paid to controlling the liquid level of the sulphuric acid circulation tank,mechanical impurities in the circulating acid,pump body vibration data,and pump body sealing performance within a reasonable range of indicators.By jointly focusing on detail management by pump manufacturers and users,concentrated sulphuric acid submersible pumps can achieve safety,environmental protection,energy conservation,and long-term operation.
