摘  要:随着装置运行时间的增加,中国石化达州天然气净化有限公司硫黄回收装置蒸汽管网保温性能下降,生产能耗增加。通过调研分析,筛选出4种适宜净化厂使用的保温材料,并进一步进行性能及经济性评价,优选“硅酸铝+纳米气凝胶”复合保温结构进行施工。现场应用效果表明,改造后的蒸汽管线散热损失显著下降,满足规范指标要求。As the running time of the device increases,the steam pipe network insulation performance of the sulphur recovery unit in Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant decreases,and the production energy consumption increases.Through investigation and analysis,four kinds of insulation materials suitable for the purification plant are selected.Based on this,further performance and economic calculations are carried out,and the“silicon acid aluminum+nano-aerogel”composite insulation structure is selected for construction.The field application results show that the heat loss of the steam pipeline after modification has decreased significantly,meeting the regulatory requirements.
