摘　　要：基于国内某硫酸厂1套150 kt/a发烟硫酸生产与储运装置的应用案例,详细介绍了一种采用三维激光扫描定位技术的发烟硫酸智能装酸系统,该系统由车辆信息识别指引模块、自动鹤管模块、定量给酸模块、酸雾收集模块、现场控制模块、远程监控模块和屏幕显示模块组成。该智能装酸系统的应用有效地避免了发烟硫酸及酸雾与生产企业员工、硫酸槽车装运司机的接触,提高了装酸效率,确保了装酸过程中人员的安全性和可靠性。Taking the application of a 150 kt/a fuming sulphuric acid production,storage and transportation device in a sulphuric acid plant as an example,this paper introduces an fuming sulphuric intelligent acid loading system based on 3D laser vision positioning technology.This system consists of a vehicle information recognition guidance module,an automatic crane tube module,a quantitative acid loading module,a acid mist collection module,a on-site control module,a remote monitoring module,and a screen display module.The application of this intelligent acid loading system effectively avoids the contact between fuming sulphuric acid(acid mist)and the operation personnel,improve the fuming sulphuric acid loading efficiency,and ensures the safety and reliability during the acid loading period.
