加巴喷丁联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察加巴喷丁联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年3月至2024年3月该院收治的68例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组采用阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合加巴喷丁治疗,比较两组治疗前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、生化指标[白细胞计数(WBC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平、生命质量[皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)]评分和治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组WBC水平高于对照组,hs-CRP水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组DLQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加巴喷丁联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者可提高生命质量评分,改善生化指标水平,降低VAS评分,效果优于单纯阿昔洛韦治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Gabapentin combined with Acyclovir in treatment of patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:The clinical data of 68 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to this hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Acyclovir,while the observation group was treated with Gabapentin on the basis of that of the control group.The pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the biochemical indexes[white blood cell count(WBC),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]levels,the quality of life[dermatology life quality index(DLQI)]score before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the WBC level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the hs-CRP level was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the DLQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Gabapentin combined with Acyclovir in the treatment of the patients with postherpetic neuralgia can improve the score of the quality of life,improve the levels of biochemical indexes,and reduce the VAS scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple Acyclovir treatment.
