“双高”背景下我国民办高等职业院校科研水平提升策略研究

摘　　要：随着国家对职业教育的不断重视,高职院校的科研水平有了突飞猛进的发展,涌现出了一大批助推区域经济发展、具有较强科研实力的高职院校,但民办高职院校的科研总体还处在基础薄弱、定位模糊、实践经验缺乏、无法融入当地经济社会发展的状态。特别是科研评价,简单套用普通高校的评价指标,没有突出民办高职的特色。民办高职院校科研的发展,一是要准确定位,加大投入力度,科学构建科研评价体系;二是在相关优势领域做大做强,形成品牌优势,并强化产教融合、校企合作;三是积极提升教师的科研综合素养,推动生产力核心因素的发展。As China has paid continuous attention to vocational education,the scientific research level in higher vocational colleges has advanced rapidly,and the higher vocational colleges which promote the development of regional economy and have strong scientific research capability have emerged in large numbers.However,generally speaking,the scientific research in private higher vocational colleges has rather weak foundation,possesses vague orientation,and lacks practical experience,so it still can’t be fully integrated into the development of local economy and society.In particular,the evaluation of scientific research simply applies the evaluation indicators in ordinary universities,so it doesn’t highlight the characteristics of private higher vocational colleges.To develop the scientific research in private higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to do well in the following three aspects:firstly,make the exact orientation,increase the investment,and scientifically construct the system of scientific research evaluation;secondly,become bigger and stronger in relevant advantageous fields,form brand advantages,and strengthen the integration of production and education,and the cooperation between school and enterprise;thirdly,actively improve the teachers’comprehensive scientific research literacy and promote the development of the core factor in productivity.
