装配式围墙柱-基础节点拟静力试验研究

摘  要:提出了一种新型装配式围墙柱-基础节点,该节点采用灌浆套筒连接预制柱与预制基础的钢筋,并在二者混凝土接缝面采用企口的连接方式增强截面抗剪性能。为探究该装配式节点在实际工程中能否替代现浇节点,对装配节点和相应现浇节点的足尺模型试件进行拟静力试验。对比分析该装配式节点与现浇节点的试验现象和试验结果,包括破坏形态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、承载能力、延性系数、等效粘滞阻尼系数以及刚度退化曲线。结果表明:该装配式节点破坏特征为套筒上部混凝土压溃、钢筋屈曲;延性系数为3.3,低于现浇节点,但其承载力高于现浇节点5%,基本实现了“等同现浇”。A novel assembled wall column-foundation joint was proposed.The joint utilized grouting sleeves to connect the reinforcing bars of precast columns and precast foundations.A dovetail connection method was employed at the concrete joint interface to enhance the shear resistance of the cross-section.Quasi-static tests were carried out on the full-scale models of prefabricated joints and cast-in-place joints,and comparative analysis was conducted on the experimental phenomena and results between the two joint models,including failure modes,hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,load-carrying capacity,ductility coefficients,equivalent viscous damping coefficients,and stiffness degradation curves.The study reveals that failure of the prefabricated joint is primarily due to upper sleeve concrete crushing and reinforcement bar buckling.It possesses a load-bearing capacity that surpasses cast-inplace joints by 4%.With a ductility coefficient of 3.3,it falls below that of cast-in-place counterparts,meeting the requirements specified for"equivalent cast-in-place".
