耦合相变材料的LaNi5储氢反应器性能调控研究

摘  要:以LaNi5为代表的金属氢化物储氢材料(MH)因吸/放氢反应温度低、易于活化、可逆吸/放氢性能强等优势,具有广阔的发展前景。然而,此类材料在实际应用中仍面临着储氢反应器内传热阻力大和反应速率慢等问题。因此,本文提出了一种耦合相变材料(PCM)的新型阵列式储氢反应器,旨在构建高比表面积传热界面,强化反应热传递与吸氢反应速率。本文建立了三种不同结构反应器吸氢过程热质传递与反应耦合数理模型,对比分析了耦合PCM反应器的传热优势以及阵列式结构对其性能的进一步强化效果。研究结果表明,外壁面与周边空气自然对流换热型反应器传热效果较差,导致吸氢反应速率较慢。PCM与反应器的耦合显著增加了传热与吸氢反应速率,反应器阵列式结构的构建进一步增大了PCM与MH间换热面积,强化了反应热传递,其平均吸氢速率较非阵列式耦合PCM的反应器提高了46.4%。此外,PCM热物性是影响此类反应器性能的关键,其传热与吸氢速率随着PCM热导率的增加而提高,但随着熔点的升高而降低。Metal hydride hydrogen storage materials(MH)represented by LaNi5 have broad development prospects due to their advantages of low hydrogen absorption and desorption reaction temperature,easy activation,and strong reversible ab-sorption and desorption performance.However,such materials still face problems of high heat transfer resistance and slow re-action rate in hydrogen storage reactors in practical applications.Thus,this paper proposed a novel array type hydrogen storage reactor coupled with phase change materials(PCM),which aims to construct a high specific surface area of heat transfer in-terface,enhance reaction heat transfer and hydrogen absorption reaction rate.In this paper,the coupled mathematical models of heat and mass transfer and reaction in hydrogen absorption process of three reactors with different structures are established.The heat transfer advantages of the coupled PCM reactor and the further enhancement effect of the array structure on its per-formance were compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the heat transfer effect of natural convection heat transfer be-tween the outer wall and the surrounding air is poor,resulting in a slower absorption reaction rate.The coupling between PCM and reactor significantly enhances heat transfer and hydrogen absorption reaction rate.The construction of the array reactor fur-ther increases the heat transfer area between PCM and MH and enhances reaction heat transfer,and its average absorption rate is 46.4%higher than that of non-array coupled PCM reactors.In addition,the thermal properties of PCM are key factors af-fecting the performance of such reactors,and their heat transfer and absorption rates increase with the increase of PCM thermal conductivity and sensible heat,but decrease with the increase of melting point.
