摘 要:硬式扫床是一种传统扫海测量技术,当前作业过程仍较为粗放,扫床杆下放深度确定、扫床架摆动状态监测、浅点触碰判断等关键过程仍以人工方式进行,难以保证扫床作业的规范性和检测结果的可靠性。因此,结合作业中扫架摆动特点,重点研究了硬式扫床浅点触碰自动检测方法并开展了系统设计,通过扫架摆动数据的短时频谱分析及动态滤波、浅点触碰阶跃异常的检测、浅点触碰峰突异常的检测以及多尺度综合判断等技术,可实现硬式扫床浅点触底事件的准确判断。基于自研软、硬件系统采集的样本数据开展试验分析,试验结果表明,相较于传统3倍标准差判断方法,浅点触底事件判断方法准确性大大提高,对提高硬式扫床作业效率、科学性和规范性具有重要意义。Hard sweeping survey is a traditional surveying technique for finding underwater shallow point and other obstruction,which is still widely used in mountainous waters and upstream waterways of rivers.At present,the process of hard sweeping survey is relatively outdated,and the key processes such as determining the depth of the sweep bar,monitoring the swing state of the sweep frame,and judging the bottom striking event are still carried out manually,which is difficult to ensure the standardization in operation and the reliability of the survey results.In this paper,based on the actual demand of hard sweeping survey,the digital monitoring system of hard sweeper is designed.Based on the swing characteristics of the sweeping frame in the process of the sweeping survey,an automatic detection method of the bottom striking event of the hard sweeping survey is mainly studied.Through the short-time spectrum analysis and dynamic filtering of the swing data of the sweeping frame,the detection of the step anomaly of the bottom striking event,the detection of the peak anomaly of the bottom striking event,and the multi-scale comprehensive judgment,the accurate judgment of the shallow point striking event of the hard sweeping survey can be realized.Based on the software and hardware system developed for automatic monitoring of hard sweeper,sample data are collected.The test results of the sample data show that compared with the traditional 3 times standard deviation judgment method,the accuracy of the shallow point bottom event judgment method presented in this paper is greatly improved.The digital monitoring technology of hard sweeper and the automatic detection method of shallow point striking event designed and researched in this paper are of great significance to improve the efficiency,science and standardization of hard sweeper.
