摘 要:为解决传统成型工艺难以制备纤维增强SiC陶瓷管等问题,采用纳米SiC浆料浸渍碳纤维无纺布,经无纺布的卷管成型工艺制成碳纤维增强碳化硅(C_f/SiC)陶瓷管预制体。通过化学气相渗透(CVI)法制备SiC包覆层,采用前驱体浸渍裂解(PIP)法进行致密化得到C_f/SiC陶瓷管;分析CVI工艺对SiC包覆层的微观形貌、陶瓷管的微观形貌和力学性能的影响,以及PIP工艺对陶瓷管微观形貌、孔隙率、密度、力学性能和导热性能的影响。结果表明:CVI制备SiC包覆层的最佳工艺条件为反应温度1100℃、反应时间2 h,经过CVI沉积SiC包覆层后陶瓷管的环向强度得到提升,从12.01 MPa增加到13.52 MPa;经过PIP工艺后,C_f/SiC陶瓷管的孔隙率降低至18.3%,密度增加到2.27 g/cm^(3),环向强度达到12.04 MPa;当PCS质量分数从5%增加到20%时,陶瓷管的环向强度从10.13 MPa增加到16.91 MPa;经过致密化后的C_f/SiC陶瓷管导热性能得到了提升。该研究提出了一种适用于纤维增强陶瓷管的卷管成型和致密化工艺,可为纤维增强SiC陶瓷管的制备提供参考。To solve the problems such as difficulty in preparing fiber-reinforced SiC ceramic tubes by conventional molding process,the carbon fiber reinforced silicon carbide(Cf/SiC)ceramic tube prefabs were made from carbon fiber nonwoven fabric impregnated with nano-SiC slurry through the coiling molding process.The SiC cladding layer was prepared by the chemical vapor infiltration(CVI)process,and the Cf/SiC ceramic tubes were densified by the precursor impregnation and pyrolysis(PIP)process.The effects of CVI on the micro-morphology of the SiC cladding layer,and micro-morphology and mechanical properties of ceramic tubes,as well as the effects of the PIP process on the micro-morphology,porosity,density,mechanical property and thermal conductivity of the ceramic tubes were studied.The results showed that the optimal CVI process conditions for preparing the SiC cladding layer was at 1100℃for 2 h.The hoop strength of ceramic tubes was increased from 12.01 MPa to 13.52 MPa after the CVI process.After the PIP process,the porosity of the Cf/SiC ceramic tubes decreased to 18.3%,the density increased to 2.27 g/cm^(3),and the hoop strength reached 12.04 MPa,When the PCS mass fraction was increased from 5%to 20%,the hoop strength of ceramic tubes increased from 10.13 MPa to 16.91 MPa.In addition, the thermal properties of Cf/SiC ceramic tubes was improved after densification. This studyproposes a rolled tube and densification process applicable to fiber-reinforced ceramic tubes, which canprovide reference for the preparation of fiber-reinforced SiC ceramic tubes.
