摘  要:本文针对斜拉索索体病害的日常养护需求以及国内外安全可靠检修平台缺乏的现状,在考虑了斜拉索自身空间特征和检测目标需求后,设计了包含检修车和主动力系统的斜拉索载人检修装备,并开展了检修车载人篮体关键部件的受力分析,讨论了检修车运行过程中对PE护套受力的影响。最后在国内两座跨江斜拉桥中开展了实桥试验与应用,论证了所提载人检修装备的可行性和有效性。This paper addresses the daily maintenance needs for cable-stayed cable defects and the lack of safe and reliable inspection platforms both domestically and internationally.Considering the spatial characteristics of the cables and the requirements of inspection objectives,a self-propelled manned in⁃spection and maintenance equipment for stayed cables,including an inspection vehicle and a power sys⁃tem,is designed.Analysis of the stress on key components of the maintenance vehicle's manned basket is conducted,and the impact of the vehicle's operation on the PE sheath's stress is discussed.Finally,practical bridge tests and applications are carried out on two cable-stayed bridges spanning rivers in China,demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed manned inspection equipment.
