摘 要:随着我国高炉炼铁技术的不断进步,对高炉炭砖的质量要求也越来越高,无烟煤是生产高炉炭砖的基础原料,其性能的优劣直接影响到高炉炭砖的质量,因此,对6个产地无烟煤进行了系统地研究,发现A、D 2种无烟煤具有灰分低、烧损较小、热稳定性好,煅后煤的密度高、强度好,制品的使用性能优良等,是高炉炭砖的优质原料。With the continuous progress of blast furnace ironmaking technology in China,the quality requirements of blast furnace carbon brick are also higher and higher.Anthracite is the basic raw material for producing blast furnace carbon brick,whose performance directly affects the quality of blast furnace carbon brick.Therefore,a systematic study was conducted on anthracite from 6 production areas,and it was found that anthracite A and D have low ash content,small burning loss and good thermal stability.And the calcined anthracite has the advantags of high density and good strength,and is a high-quality raw material for blast furnace carbon brick.
