摘　　要：公立医院高质量发展是医疗卫生事业进步的核心方向。鉴于不同患者群体对健康需求的多元化与分层性,融合医学人文服务模式,精细化医院管理策略,运用智能化管理工具,科学且合理地分配医疗资源,以提高服务质量和效率,构建一个覆盖全生命周期的多元化医疗服务体系,为广大人民群众提供更加优质、高效、便捷的医疗服务,确保公立医院实现可持续且高质量发展。The high-quality development of public hospitals is the core direction for advancing healthcare.Given the diverse and stratified health needs of different patient groups,this study proposes integrating humanistic medical service models,refining hospital management strategies,and applying intelligent management tools to scientifically and rationally allocate medical resources.By improving service quality and efficiency,a diversified medical service system that covers the entire lifecycle can be established.This system aims to provide better,more efficient,and more convenient healthcare services for the public,ensuring the sustainable and high-quality development of public hospitals.
