摘　　要：目的分析血管内超声(intravascular ultrasound,IVUS)对经皮冠脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)治疗的指导价值。方法选择2020.1月至2022.6月在本院接受PCI治疗的60例冠心病患者根据手术方案不同分为两组,30例/组,对照组实施CAG指导下的PCI手术,观察组实施IVUS指导下的PCI手术。对比两组血管病变情况、支架置入情况、心功能指标以及预后情况。结果两组病变支数、病变位置对比差异不明显(P>0.05);观察组支架扩张时最大球囊压力、管腔直径最大获得值、PCI后最小管腔直径大于对照组,PCI后残余狭窄率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后的各项心功能指标差异不明显(P>0.05),但都优于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组因心绞痛住院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论IVUS对PCI的指导价值非常高。Objective To analyze the guiding value of intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)in the treatment of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease who received PCI treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical schemes,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received PCI under the guidance of CAG,and the observation group received PCI under the guidance of IVUS.The vascular lesions,stent implantation,cardiac function indexes and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the number and location of lesions between the two groups(P>0.05);The maximum balloon pressure,maximum lumen diameter and minimum lumen diameter after PCI in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the residual stenosis rate after PCI was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in cardiac function indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),but cardiac function indexes after treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The hospitalization rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IVUS has very high guiding value for PCI.
