摘 要:顶管施工作为一种非开挖地下施工技术,其具有不破坏地面、施工扰动小等优点,在城市隧道、综合管廊、引水隧洞等地下工程中得到广泛应用。但目前顶管施工技术在大管径、长距离、坚硬地质条件等施工领域的应用还受到诸多限制。综述了顶推力计算、顶管摩阻力计算、顶管施工润滑、顶管管节设计、顶管施工沉降、顶管施工障碍物处理、顶管事故处理的研究进展,分析了顶管施工技术拓展应用可能存在的问题,总结需进一步开展的研究方向。As an un-excavation underground construction technology, pipe jacking has the advantages of no damaging to the ground surface and little construction disturbance, therefore, it is widely applied in underground projects such as urban tunnel, utility tunnel, and diversion tunnel. However, the application of this technology in construction fields, such as large diameter, long distance, hard geological condition has many limitations. This paper reviewed the research progress in the calculations of jacking force and pipe jacking friction resistance, lubrication in pipe jacking construction, design of pipe jacking, settlement of pipe jacking construction, treatment of pipe jacking obstacles, and pipe jacking accident handling;analyzed the possible problems of further expansion of the pipe jacking construction technology based on existing research, and suggested the direction of future research on this technology.
