摘 要:为研究机制砂石粉作为SMA-13混合料填料的可行性,分析机制砂石粉的成分,优化矿料级配,确定最佳油石比,制备试块,进行浸水马歇尔试验、车辙试验以及低温小梁弯曲试验.数据表明:机制砂石粉的主要化学成分为CaO、MgO、SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3),其中最大含量CaO占比74.81%;机制砂石粉取代量从0增加至100%时,SMA-13混合料的浸水马歇尔稳定度从13.7 kN降至5.1 kN,残留稳定度从90.7%下降到76.1%,动稳定度从7232次/mm下降到1994次/mm,最大弯拉应变从4110με下降到2570με.研究认为:随着机制砂石粉取代量的增加,SMA-13混合料的水稳定性、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性均处于下降趋势;机制砂石粉最佳取代量为82.17%,此时SMA-13混合料残留稳定度为81.7%、动稳定度为3000次/mm、最大弯拉应变为3000με,满足规范要求.To study the feasibility of using manufactured sand stone powder as the filler of SMA-13 mixture,the composition of the manufactured sand stone powder was analyzed,the mineral gradation was optimized,and the optimal bitumen aggregate ratio was determined.Based on the tests,the specimens were prepared.Then,a series of experiments,including immersion marshall tests,rutting tests and low temperature bending tests,were carried out.The data show that the main chemical compositions of the manufactured sand stone powder are CaO,MgO,SiO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3),among which the largest amount is CaO with a content of 74.81%.As the substitution amount of manufactured sand stone powder increases from 0 to 100%,the immersion marshall stability of SMA-13 mixture decreases from 13.7 kN to 5.1 kN,and the residual stability of SMA-13 mixture lowers from 90.7%to 76.1%.With the increasing amount of manufactured sand stone powder,the dynamic stability drops from 7232 times/mm to 1994 times/mm,and the maximum flexural tensile strain declines from 4110μεto 2570με.According to the research,the water stability,high-temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of the SMA-13 mixture are declining,with the increase of the substitution amount of manufactured sand stone powder.The optimum substitution amount of manufactured sand stone powder is 82.17%,in which SMA-13 mixture is with a residual stability of 81.7%,a dynamic stability of 3000 times/mm,and a maximum flexural tensile strain of 3000με,meeting requirements of specifications.
