摘　　要：目的探讨断指再植术后实施序贯康复护理对手功能恢复情况的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2022年6月笔者所在医院行断指再植术的40例患者为对照组,术后采取常规护理;2022年7月至2022年12月另选取断指再植术的40例患者为试验组,术后采取序贯康复护理。两组患者均采用手功能主观状态评定量表(MHQ)、感觉分级评定和日常生活能力量表(ADL)进行评分,对比两组患者的手功能恢复状况。结果试验组患者在接受序贯康复护理后,MHQ、感觉分级评定及ADL指标方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论序贯康复护理可有效地促进断指再植术患者手功能的恢复,降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高日常生活工作能力,改善其生活质量。Objective Exploring the application effect of sequential rehabilitation nursing on hand function recovery after finger replantation surgery.Method A control group of 40 patients who underwent finger replantation surgery at the author's hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected,and routine nursing care was taken after the surgery;From July 2022 to December 2022,another 40 patients who underwent finger replantation surgery were selected as the experimental group,and sequential rehabilitation care was taken after the surgery.Both groups of patients were scored using the Subjective State of Hand Function Rating Scale(MHQ),Sensory Rating Scale,and Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL),the recovery of hand function was compared between the two groups of patients.Results After receiving sequential rehabilitation care,the experimental group patients showed better MHQ,sensory grading,and ADL indicators than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of hand function in patients undergoing finger replantation,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve their daily living and work abilities,and improve their quality of life.
