摘  要:整体提升法广泛应用于大跨度钢结构的施工安装,为确保整体提升施工的安全性,需要对提升过程中的关键施工技术进行研究.以天津职业技术师范大学体育馆桁架屋盖为例,使用有限元分析软件Midas/Gen建立模型,对桁架钢屋盖提升点的布置方案、不同步提升工况、桁架结构拼装过程及临时提升架稳定性等关键施工技术研究分析.结果表明:方案4的12个提升点为最佳布置方案,提升时结构反力及杆件内力远大于设计阶段;5个提升点TSD5和TSD3产生位移差分别使结构最大反力和最大竖向位移增加较快,TSD5和TSD6位移差大于14 mm时,对结构最大应力影响较大,且二者对其影响趋势一致;结构拼装过程产生的最大竖向位移为36.49 mm,小于规范允许值;设计的临时提升架受力性能良好,其强度和变形均符合设计要求.通过有限元数值模拟分析,可以确保桁架屋盖整体提升施工的安全性,为类似工程施工提供技术参考.Overall lifting method is widely used in the construction and installation of long-span steel structures.In order to ensure the safety of overall lifting construction,it is necessary to study the key construction technologies in the process of lifting.Taking the gymnasium truss roof of Tianjin Polytechnic Normal University as an example,the finite element analysis software Midas/Gen was used to establish the model,and the key construction technologies such as the layout scheme of the lifting point of the truss steel roof,the asynchronous lifting condition,the assembling process of the truss structure and the stability of the temporary lifting frame were studied and analyzed.The results show that the 12lifting points of scheme 4are the best layout scheme,and the reaction force of the structure and the internal force of the member are much greater than the design state.The displacement difference between lifting point 5(TSD5)and TSD3respectively increases the maximum reaction force and maximum vertical displacement faster.When the displacement difference between TSD5and TSD6is greater than 14 mm,the maximum stress of the structure is greatly affected,and the influence trend of the two is consistent.The maximum vertical displacement generated in the process of structure assembly is 36.49mm,which is less than the allowable value in the specification.The designed temporary lifting frame has good mechanical performance,and its strength and deformation meet the design requirements.The finite element numerical simulation analysis can ensure the safety of the whole construction of the truss roof,and provide technical reference for similar engineering construction.
