枸橼酸氢钾钠对输尿管结石术后双J管附壁结石形成的影响

摘　　要：目的分析枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒对输尿管结石患者术后留置双J管附壁结石形成的影响。方法抽取2023年3月-2023年8月间本院收治的94例输尿管结石患者,术后均予以留置双J管,根据电脑随机数字表法分组,对照组47例予以常规治疗,观察组47例予以枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒治疗,比较两组患者的双J管留置时间、临床疗效、附壁结石形成情况、尿液指标及安全性。结果治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率是93.62%,高于对照组的74.47%(P<0.05);观察组附壁结石形成率为6.38%,低于对照组的25.53%(P<0.05);观察组患者的尿液枸橼酸、pH值与总钙水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者中并发症的发生率是2.13%,低于对照组的12.77%(P<0.05)。结论枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒在输尿管结石术后留置双J管患者中的应用可取得显著效果,不仅能缩短其双J管留置时间,提高临床疗效,而且还可预防附壁结石形成,改善尿液指标,同时提高安全性。Objective To analyze the effect of potassium sodium hydrogen citrate particles on the formation of double-J tube wall attached stones in patients with ureteral calculi after operation.Methods 94 cases of patients with ureteral calculi treated in our hospital from March 2023 to August 2023 were selected.All patients were given indwelling double-J tube after operation.According to the method of computer random number table,47 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment,and 47 cases in the observation group were given potassium sodium citrate granules treatment.The indwelling time,clinical efficacy,formation of mural stones,urine indicators and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.62%,which was higher than 74.47%of the control group(P<0.05);The formation rate of mural stones in the observation group was 6.38%,which was lower than 25.53%in the control group(P<0.05);The urine citric acid,pH and total calcium in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.13%,which was lower than 12.77%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of potassium sodium hydrogen citrate particles in patients with indwelling double-J tube after ureteral calculi surgery can achieve significant results,which can not only shorten the indwelling time of double-J tube and improve the clinical efficacy,but also prevent the formation of mural stones,improve urine indicators,and improve the safety.
