摘　　要：互联网医疗通过远程在线与传统乡村医疗相结合,二者融合优化发展,实现优质资源下沉,缩小城乡间就医差距,缓解农村地区村民的看病远问题,切实提升乡村医疗服务水平与服务能力,满足人民的就医需求。本文针对农村地区群体,利用回归分析、田野调查法、问卷调查法等研究方法,探索互联网医疗在农村地区的新发展。研究发现,农村地区引入互联网医疗时,会提高当地的就医质量,村民也愿意进行新模式的转变,促进了乡村医疗的发展;在未开展的地区,受到受教育程度、就医保障等因素影响,乡村医疗仍保持原有模式。研究建议,对于出现的医师保障、人才建设、报销三方面问题,可以采取“三位一体”模式,这有利于乡村医疗与互联网医疗接轨,实现乡村医疗的新发展。Internet medical treatment is combined with traditional rural medical through remote online,the two are integrated and optimized to achieve the sinking of high-quality resources,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,alleviate the problem of medical treatment for rural people,effectively improve the service level and service ability of rural medical treatment,and meet the people’s medical needs.For the groups in rural areas,the new development of Internet medical treatment in rural areas is explored by using regression analysis,field survey method,questionnaire survey method and so on.It is found that when the introduction of Internet medical treatment in rural areas will improve the quality of local medical treatment,and the villagers are also willing to change the new model,which promotes the development of rural medical treatment.In areas that have not been carried out,villagers are affected by factors such as education and medical security,and the rural medical treatment still maintains the original model.The“trinity”model and other optimization suggestions are also further proposed for the problems of physician security,talent construction and reimbursement,which is conducive to the integration of rural medical care and In-ternet medical care and the realization of the new development of rural medical care.
