数字化转型如何赋能制造业企业自主创新?——基于知识管理和企业家冒险精神视角

摘　　要：自主创新是发展新质生产力、重塑制造业市场格局的必由之路,数字化带来的新发展动能激发企业创新能力提升仍是现阶段的研究重点。基于2015-2022年A股制造业上市公司数据,引入知识管理和企业家冒险精神作为变量,构建模型探索制造业企业数字化转型与自主创新的关系及作用机制。结果发现:数字化转型对企业自主创新存在正向显著影响,且该结论在多项稳健性检验中得到验证;知识管理起到部分中介作用,数字化转型通过知识管理正向促进企业自主创新;企业家冒险精神在企业数字化转型对自主创新的影响中起到调节作用;异质性检验结果显示,民营企业的知识管理中介机制作用更加显著。研究旨在促进数字经济与实体经济融合创新,从企业内部角度为中国制造业自主创新发展提供新的战略思维。Independent innovation is a necessary path for developing new quality productivity and reshaping the manufacturing market pattern,and the new development momentum brought by digitization to stimulate the improvement of enterprise innovation capabilities is still the current research focus.This article is based on data from A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2015 to 2022,introducing knowledge management variables and entrepreneurial risk-taking variables to construct a model to explore the relationship and mechanism between digital transformation and independent innovation in manufacturing enterprises.The results show that digital transformation has a significant positive impact on independent innovation in enterprises,and this conclusion has been verified in multiple robustness tests;Knowledge management plays a partial intermediary role,and digital transformation positively promotes independent innovation in enterprises through knowledge management;The entrepreneurial spirit of adventure plays a moderating role in the impact of digital transformation on independent innovation in enterprises;The heterogeneity test results show that the knowledge management intermediary mechanism of private enterprises is more significant.This study aims to promote the integration and innovation of the digital economy and the real economy,providing new strategic thinking for the independent innovation development of China’s manufacturing industry from an internal perspective of enterprises.
