摘 要:化工固废对生态环境有严重的危害。针对吉林石化公司的5种失活催化剂,普遍存在C、S、N等有机物含量高的问题,通过焙烧的方式对催化剂进行了无害化处理研究,提出了催化剂的无害化处理方案。具体针对两种可再生的分子筛催化剂,通过焙烧、离子交换等方式,实现了失活催化剂的资源化再生利用。Chemical solid waste poses severe harm to the ecological environment.Focusing on the commonly high content of organic compounds containing C,S,and N in five deactivated catalysts from Jilin Petrochemical Company,this study investigated the harmless treatment of these catalysts through calcination and proposed a harmless treatment plan for the catalysts.Specifically,for two renewable molecular sieve catalysts,the resourceful regeneration and industrial applications of deactivated catalysts was achieved through calcination,ion exchange,and other methods.
