摘  要:为了解决传统的气泡式水准器依靠肉眼测量误差较大的问题,设计了一种基于光电检测技术的气泡式电子水准传感器。首先,分析了气泡式电子水准传感器的测量原理,并计算了气泡的尺寸;其次,设计了光电信号采集电路,将气泡的倾斜角度转化为模拟输出电压;然后,设计了信号转化电路,将电压信号转换为角度数据并进行格式化输出;最后,搭建倾斜角度实验平台对气泡式电子水准传感器进行了倾斜角度准确性验证。结果表明:在测量范围为[-0.3°,0.3°]时,该传感器的角度测量输出数值与实验平台的角度值基本一致,平均绝对差值的均值为±0.0117°,平均相对误差的均值为1.95%,精度较高。该传感器将光电检测技术与气泡式水准器相结合,为水准测量提供了一种新的技术途径。In order to solve the problem of large measurement errors of traditional bubble level relying on the naked eye,a bubble electronic level sensor based on photoelectric detection technology was designed.Firstly,the measurement principle of the bubble type electronic level sensor was analyzed and the bubble size was calculated;Secondly,the photoelectric signal acquisition circuit was designed to convert the tilt angle of the bubble into an analog output voltage;Then,a signal conversion circuit was designed to convert the voltage signal into angle data and format it for output;Finally,a tilt angle experimental platform was built to verify the accuracy of the tilt angle of the bubble electronic level sensor.The results show that when the measurement range is[-0.3°,0.3°],the angle measurement output value of the sensor is basically consistent with the angle value of the experimental platform,with the average absolute error of±0.0117°and an average relative error of 1.95%,indicating high accuracy.The sensor combines photoelectric detection technology with bubble level,which provides a new technical approach for leveling measurement.
