摘  要:变截面波形钢腹板PC组合结构桥梁作为一种新型的桥梁结构形式,在工程中逐渐受到青睐。文章以徐洪河波形钢腹板组合结构桥梁为研究案例,首先介绍该桥梁的桥型布置特点以及施工顺序;其次,运用Midas Civil有限元分析软件建立全桥的施工过程梁格模型,并详细阐述了设计施工过程中预拱度的设置以及立模标高要求;最后,分析整个施工过程中主桥的外观状态、混凝土立模标高、主梁挠度、主墩沉降以及混凝土应变测点布置方案。结果表明,在该桥施工全过程中,实时监测的各项指标数值与设计结果相差较小,施工方案安全可靠。As a new type of bridge structure,the variable cross-section corrugated steel web PC composite structure bridge has gradually been favored in engineering.Taking the corrugated steel web composite structure bridge over Xuhong river as the research case,the bridge type layout characteristics and construction sequence of the bridge are firstly introduced.Secondly,the beam and girder framing model for the construction process of the whole bridge is established by utilizing the Midas Civil finite element analysis software,and the setting of precamber and the elevation requirements of the formwork erection during the design and construction are elaborated in detail.Finally,the apparent condition of the main bridge,the elevation of concrete formwork erection,the deflection of the main beam,the settlement of the main pier and the layout scheme of the concrete strain measurement point during the whole construction are analyzed.The results show that,during the whole construction of bridge,the difference between the real-time monitoring index values and the design results is small,and the construction scheme is safe and reliable.
