摘　　要：电气试验过程中,为确保人身和设备安全必须履行呼唱制度。电气试验现场存在高低作业面、作业范围广及现场嘈杂等问题,使呼唱时沟通困难。为此基于试验操作流程和呼唱逻辑,研制一种含闭锁和报警功能的试验呼唱辅助装置,实现试验操作流程辅助呼唱,并且可以监控提示现场试验人员操作流程,实现操作流程逻辑闭锁,并自动发出报警信号,遇到紧急情况及时切断电源,解决现场监护不到位带来的安全隐患,保障了电气试验安全进行。In the process of electrical test,in order to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment,the call and sing system must be implemented.However,the existence of problems such as high and low work surfaces,wide work scope,and noisy work sites make communication difficult during call and sing.Therefore,based on the test operation flow,call and sing logic,a test call and sing auxiliary device with blocking and alarm functions is developed.It realizes the auxiliary call and sing of the test operation process,and can monitor and prompt on-site testing personnel to operate the process,achieves logical locking of the operation process,and automatically sends out alarm signals.The power can be cut off in time when emergency situations,solving the safety hazards caused by inadequate on-site monitoring and ensuring the safety of electrical test.
