摘　　要：提高劳动力资源配置效率是加快构建新发展格局的必然要求,也是实现高质量发展的重要动力源泉。在构建数字经济影响劳动力资源配置效率的理论框架基础上,基于2013—2021年省级面板数据,运用固定效应模型、中介效应模型、门槛模型、空间杜宾模型进行实证检验。结果表明:数字经济显著提高了劳动力资源配置效率。就业需求创造效应、人力资本积累效应和劳动力流动效应是数字经济提高劳动力资源配置效率的重要渠道。数字经济对劳动力资源配置效率不仅具有异质性影响,还存在门槛效应和空间溢出效应。为更好地发挥数字经济提升劳动力资源配置效率的作用,应提高数字技术自主创新能力,统筹推进区域间、产业间数字经济协同发展,促进劳动力自由流动。Improving allocation efficiency of labor resources is the inevitable requirement of creating a new pattern of development,and it is also an important driving source to achieve high-quality development.Based on the theoretical framework,this paper uses provincial panel data from 2013 to 2021 to carry out empirical tests through the fixed effect model,intermediary effect model,threshold model and spatial Durbin model.The results show that the digital economy significantly improves the allocation efficiency of labor resources.The employment demand creation effect,human capital accumulation effect and labor mobility effect are important channels for the digital economy to improve the allocation efficiency of labor resources.The digital economy not only has heterogeneous effect on the allocation efficiency of labor resources,but also has threshold effect and spatial spillover effect.In order to give full play to the role of digital economy in improving the allocation efficiency of labor resources,we should enhance the ability of digital technology independent innovation,promote the coordinated development of inter-regional and inter-industrial digital economy,and push forward the free flow of labor.
