摘　　要：老龄化问题日益成为全球关注的焦点,为此国际社会提出了积极老龄化的理念,强调老年人对社会生活的全面参与,以提升晚年生活的幸福指数,其中提升老年人社会联结是一项重要举措。公共图书馆作为公共文化机构,在促进老年人社会联结方面拥有独特优势,不仅可以发挥阅读的交流功能,还可以为他们提供互动机会,搭建服务社会的平台。在提升老年人社会联结方面,公共图书馆一方面要进行空间改造,提高自身的社交友好性,另一方面还要采取多项措施,鼓励并加强老年人在多个维度上的社会参与。此外,图书馆还可以借助观察和量表测试等手段,识别重点服务人群,特别是居家老年人,为其提供精准化服务,借助有效的延伸服务,扩大他们的社会联结范围。Aging is increasingly becoming a focal point of global attention.In response,the international community has proposed the concept of active aging,emphasizing the comprehensive participation of the elderly in social life to enhance their happiness.Among these efforts,enhancing social connection for the elderly is a key measure.As a public cultural institution,public libraries have unique advantages in promoting social connection for the elderly.They can not only leverage the communicative function of reading but also provide abundant opportunities for interaction and build platforms for the elderly to contribute to society.In terms of improving the social connection of the elderly,on the one hand,public libraries should carry out spatial transformation to improve their social friendliness;on the other hand,they should take a number of measures to encourage and strengthen the social participation of the elderly in multiple dimensions.In addition,the library can also use observation and scale testing to identify key service groups,especially the elderly at home,provide them with accurate services,and expand their social connection scope with effective extension services.
