摘　　要：现存的高校图书馆联盟服务依旧遵从传统以资源为核心的服务方式,这与智慧图书馆发展的阶段并不匹配。随着图书馆资源平台一体化的深入发展,联盟也需通过共用平台等手段来解决目前存在的一系列问题。文章从图书馆联盟的现状出发,探讨联盟面临的技术与环境的双重变化,提出图书馆联盟智慧化转型的思路,并对其内涵与特点进行详细拆解。未来的图书馆联盟须构建以“读者—图书馆—出版社”为成员结构、以技术与知识服务为内容主体、以统一平台为架构基础的新形式,以协助高校图书馆加快智慧化转型步伐。The existing consortium services of university libraries still follow the traditional resource-based service approach,which is not in line with the stage of development of smart libraries.With the deepening integration of library resource platforms,consortia also need to solve a series of existing problems through means such as sharing platforms.Starting from the current situation of library consortium,this paper discusses the dual changes of technology and environment faced by the consortium.It proposes the idea of intelligent transformation of library consortia and provides a detailed breakdown of its connotation and characteristics.The future library consortium needs to form a new form with"reader-library-publisher"as the member structure,technology and knowledge services as the content main body,and a unified platform as the architecture foundation,so as to assist university libraries to speed up the pace of intelligent transformation.
