新质生产力赋能乡村文化振兴的理论逻辑与实现路径

摘　　要：文化振兴是推进乡村振兴、实现中国式现代化的重要内容与有力抓手。新质生产力具有高科技、高效能、高质量的特征,对于乡村文化振兴具有重要推动作用。文章指明了新质生产力赋能乡村文化振兴的理论逻辑在于,新质生产力能够提升乡村公共文化服务水平、助推乡村公共文化人才队伍建设、创造新型文化体验和传播方式、推动文化资源的保护和传承、助推乡村文旅产业融合发展。然而,新质生产力赋能乡村文化振兴也可能遭遇数字鸿沟与文化设施普及不足、人才短缺与技术应用能力不足、政策碎片化与多主体协同困境、地方文化商业化过度开发、文化与产业融合转化机制不畅等现实梗阻。为了充分发挥新质生产力对乡村文化振兴的赋能作用,文章提出要推进数字基础设施建设,加大文化设施普及力度;加快新质文化人才培养进程,推动文化与技术深度融合;加大政策支持力度,发展多元主体合作与协作机制;强化新质生产力在地方文化保护与开发中的运用;强化新质生产力对文旅产业融合发展的促进作用。Cultural revitalization is an important content and powerful starting point for promoting rural revitalization and realizing Chinese modernization.New quality productive forces have the characteristics of high technology,high efficiency and high quality,which play an important role in promoting rural cultural revitalization.The article points out that the theoretical logic of new quality productive forces empowering rural cultural revitalization lies in that new quality productive forces can improve the level of rural public cultural services,promote the construction of rural public cultural talent team,create new cultural experience and communication methods,promote the protection and inheritance of cultural resources,and promote the integration and development of rural cultural and tourism industries.However,rural cultural revitalization empowered by new quality productive forces may also encounter practical obstacles such as the digital divide and insufficient popularization of cultural facilities,shortage of talents and insufficient ability to apply technology,fragmentation of policies and dilemma of multi-agent coordination,over-exploitation of local cultural commercialization,and poor integration and transformation mechanism of culture and industry.In order to give full play to the enabling role of new quality productive forces in rural cultural revitalization,this paper proposes to promote the construction of digital infrastructure and increase the popularization of cultural facilities;accelerate the cultivation of new cultural talents and promote the deep integration of culture and technology;increase policy support and develop a multi-subject cooperation and collaboration mechanism;strengthen the application of new productivity in the protection and development of local culture;strengthen the role of new productivity in promoting the integration and development of cultural development industries.
