摘 要:为了探究夏季不同观赏竹的光合适应性、固碳释氧能力的强弱及其影响因素,在全球变暖背景下筛选出能够提高绿地碳汇效益的竹类植物。通过测定黄甜竹、佛肚竹、短穗竹、花叶唐竹、黄金间碧竹5种福建乡土观赏竹夏季的光合日变化参数和光响应曲线,分析了光合作用影响因子间的互作关系及其对固碳释氧量的影响。结果表明,最适用于5种观赏竹的光响应模型为直角双曲线修正模型,竹种间固碳量与净光合速率的相关性达到极显著水平,而5种观赏竹的净光合速率日变化影响因子各不相同,黄甜竹的净光合速率与蒸腾速率、气孔导度呈极显著相关,佛肚竹的净光合速率与蒸腾速率呈极显著相关,花叶唐竹的净光合速率与水分利用效率呈显著相关,短穗竹、黄金间碧竹的净光合速率与气孔导度呈极显著相关。黄金间碧竹、短穗竹、佛肚竹的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度日均值较高,其固碳释氧量也相对较高。综上,不同观赏竹的光适应性及其固碳能力存在差异性,黄金间碧竹在夏季高温下的生态适应性较好。To investigate the light adaptability and the strength of carbon fixation and oxygen release of different ornamental bamboos in summer and their influencing factors and select bamboo species that can enhance the carbon sink benefits in the context of global warming,by measuring the diurnal variation parameters and light response curves of photosynthesis in five local ornamental bamboo species in Fujian Province,including Acidosasa edulis,Bambusa ventricosa,Semiarundinaria densiflora,Sinobambusa tootsik f.luteoloalbostriata,and Bambusa vulgaris f.vittata,the interaction between factors affecting photosynthesis and their effects on carbon sequestration and oxygen release were analyzed.The results showed that the light response model most suitable for 5 species of ornamental bamboo was the right-angled hyperbolic correction model.The correlation between carbon fixation of bamboo species and net photosynthetic rate reached a very significant level,and the factors affecting the diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate of the five ornamental bamboo species were different.The net photosynthetic rate of Acidosasa edulis was highly significantly correlated with the transpiration rate and stomatal conductance,Bambusa ventricosa was highly significantly correlated with the transpiration rate,and Sinobambusa tootsik f.luteoloalbostriata was significantly correlated with the water use efficiency.Semiarundinaria densiflora and Bambusa vulgaris f.vittata was highly significantly correlated with the stomatal conductance.The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and daily average intercellular CO2 concentration of Bambusa vulgaris f.vittata,Semiarundinaria densiflora,and Bambusa ventricosa were relatively high,and their carbon sequestration and oxygen release were also relatively high.In summary,the light adaptability and carbon sequestration ability of different ornamental bamboo are different,and the ecological adaptability of Bambusa vulgaris f.vittata is better under high temperature in summer.
