摘　　要：1911年4月,奉天(今沈阳)举办过一场百人规模的现代医学国际研讨会,中国作为主办方,邀请来自欧美与日本的世界级医学专家莅临出席。这是自盘古开天辟地,也是《黄帝内经》主宰华夏传统医学几千年来,首次由中国官方发起并主办、探讨以西方理论为基础的医学盛会。The historic case has been explored to show Chinese government pushing improvement of the public health system.The special corporation between Drs.Wu Lien-Teh and Sze in plaque fighting under very hard social and political situation is emphasized during the beginning of 1910's.
