摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出“实施文化产业数字化战略”“推进文化事业和文化产业高质量发展”。地方文献档案作为记录地域发展变迁、承载乡土文化记忆的重要载体,在新时期乡村振兴战略实施和乡土文化建设中具有不可替代的作用。系统提出要从夯实数字化资源基础、提升队伍素养、创新技术应用、拓展传播渠道、推进文创产业化发展等方面着力,多维度、全方位地推进地方特色档案资源的数字化传播利用,助力乡土文化在传承中焕发光彩、彰显价值。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed“implementing the digital strategy of cultural industry”and“promoting the high-quality development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries”.As an important carrier to record regional development and change and to carry local cultural memory,local literature archives play an irreplaceable role in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the construction of local culture in the new era.This paper systematically proposes to focus on consolidating the digital resource base,improving the quality of the team,innovating the application of technology,expanding communication channels,and promoting the development of cultural and creative industrialization,so as to promote the digital communication and utilization of local literature archive resources in a multi-dimensional and all-round way,so as to help local culture shine brightly and show its value in the inheritance.
