摘 要:目的 分析超敏C反应蛋白、血清胱抑素C、糖化血红蛋白及尿微量白蛋白联合检验在糖尿病肾病诊断中作用。方法 非随机选取泗洪中信医院于2021年12月-2023年11月收治的122例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究组,并选取122名同期健康体检者作为对照组。对比超敏C反应蛋白、血清胱抑素C、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白单项检测与联合检测的诊断效能。结果 研究组超敏C反应蛋白水平为(5.47±1.25)mg/L、血清胱抑素C水平为(2.08±0.26)mg/L、糖化血红蛋白水平为(12.08±2.52)%、尿微量白蛋白为(16.86±3.58)mg/L,均高于对照组的(2.36±0.18)mg/L、(0.98±0.17)mg/L、(4.28±0.42)%、(13.26±3.97)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=27.200、39.112、33.723、7.438,P均<0.05)。超敏C反应蛋白、血清胱抑素C、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白联合检测的灵敏度为94.26%(115/122),准确度为91.39%(223/244),均高于各项单一检测,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=26.547、25.752,P均<0.05)。结论 超敏C反应蛋白、血清胱抑素C、糖化血红蛋白及尿微量白蛋白联合检验在糖尿病肾病诊断中具有较高诊断效能,能够为临床提供更加准确、全面的诊断信息。Objective To analyze the role of combined test of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,serum cystatin C,glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 122 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Sihong Zhongxin Hospital from December 2021 to November 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study group,and 122 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.The diagnostic efficacy of single detection and combined detection of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,serum cystatin C,glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin were compared.Results The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,serum cystatin C,glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin in the study group were(5.47±1.25)mg/L,(2.08±0.26)mg/L,(12.08±2.52)%and(16.86±3.58)mg/L,which were higher than(2.36±0.18)mg/L,(0.98±0.17)mg/L,(4.28±0.42)%and(13.26±3.97)mg/L in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(t=27.200,39.112,33.723,7.438,all P<0.05).The sensitivity of combined detection of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,serum cystatin C,glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin was 94.26%(115/122),and the accuracy was 91.39%(223/244),which were higher than those of single detection,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=26.547,25.752,both P<0.05).Conclusion The combined test of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,serum cystatin C and glycosylated hemoglobin has and urinary microalbumin high diagnostic efficacy in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,and can provide more accurate and comprehensive diagnostic information for clinical practice.
