摘　　要：目的 分析曼月乐宫内节育器在人工流产术后即时放置所具有的避孕效果。方法 非随机选取2021年1月-2022年1月北京市丰台区妇幼保健院200例接受人工流产术的患者为研究对象。根据治疗方案不同分为两组,观察组(n=99)术后选择放置曼月乐宫内节育器,对照组(n=101)术后选择放置吉妮致美节育环。对比两组避孕效果及放置节育器后不良反应发生率。结果 两组节育器脱落、因症取出、续用情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。观察组带器妊娠率为0,低于对照组的3.96(4/101),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.001,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.08%(8/99),低于对照组的17.82%(18/101),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.699,P<0.05)。结论 人工流产术后即时放置吉妮致美节育环及曼月乐宫内节育器均可获得较好的避孕效果,节育器脱落、因症取出均较低,曼月乐宫内节育器带器妊娠概率更低且引起的不良反应更少,安全性更高。Objective To analyze the contraceptive effect of Mirena intrauterine device(IUD)placed immediately after artificial abortion.Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent artificial abortion in Beijing Fengtai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment plans.Observation group(n=99)selected Mirena IUD af⁃ter surgery,control group(n=101)selected GyneFix IUD after surgery.The contraceptive effect and the incidence of adverse reactions after IUD placement were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant dif⁃ferences between the two groups in terms of IUD shedding,removal due to disease and continuation(all P>0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was 0,which was lower than 3.96(4/101)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.001,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.08%(8/99),which was lower than 17.82%(18/101)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.699,P<0.05).Conclusion Both GyneFix IUD and Mirena IUD placed immediately after artificial abortion can obtain better contraceptive effect,the IUD fall off and take out due to disease are lower,Mirena IUD belt pregnancy probability is lower and cause less adverse reactions,and the safety is higher.
