摘 要:为减少超大功率并联感应熔化系统对电网的谐波干扰,降低对电网短路容量的需求,并提供足够的电流,提出一种48脉冲整流控制技术。通过两个24脉冲主变压器输出8个相位差为7.5°的三相交流,经过三相全控整流电路连接感应熔化系统。控制器采用软件锁相环算法,自动识别A、B、C相序,并根据系统的设定功率和反馈电流调整触发角度驱动相应的可控硅,输出所需的电压,可自动平衡8个三相进线电流,避免引起连接铜排和变压器内部局部发热。该技术已成功应用于40 MW并联感应熔化系统,工作稳定可靠。In order to reduce the harmonic interference of ultra-high power parallel induction melting system to the power grid,reduce the demand for short-circuit capacity of the power grid and provide enough current,a 48-pulse rectifier control technology is proposed.Eight three-phase alternating currents with a phase difference of 7.5°are output by two 24-pulse main transformers,which are connected to the induction melting system through a three-phase fullycontrolled rectifier circuit.The controller adopts the software phase-locked loop algorithm to automatically identify the A,B,C phase sequence,adjust the trigger angle to drive the corresponding silicon controlled rectifier according to the set power and feedback current of the system,output the required voltage,and automatically balance the eight threephase incoming currents to avoid local heating in the connecting copper bar and transformer.This technology has been successfully applied to 40 MW parallel induction melting system,and the work is stable and reliable.
