摘  要:文中以某在建实际工程地质条件为背景,基于岩土工程对其进行地质勘察和岩土工程性质评价。勘察结果表明,拟建场地上部地基土层均匀性较差,下部基岩风化带均匀性较差,局部地段层面起伏大于20%。基于此,该项目采用灌注桩进行软土地基处理,并通过静载荷试验与数字沉降传感器相结合的方法,对桩基础承载力进行监测分析并绘制Q-s曲线图,对不同桩长承载能力进行分析,发现桩基础长度增加会提高其承载力,且布设的桩基础承载力满足实际工程需要。In the paper, geological investigation and evaluation of geotechnical properties are carried out based on geotechnical engineering against the background of geological conditions of an actual project under construction. The results of the investigation show that the proposed site has poor uniformity of the upper foundation soil layer, poor uniformity of the weathering zone of the lower bedrock, and the undulation of the level of the local section is greater than 20%. Based on this, the project adopts grouted piles for soft ground treatment, and through the method of combining static load test and digital settlement sensor, monitoring and analysing the bearing capacity of pile foundation and drawing Q-s curve diagrams, and analysing the bearing capacity of different pile lengths, it is found that an increase in the length of the pile foundation will improve its bearing capacity, and the bearing capacity of the laid pile foundation meets the needs of the actual project.
