摘  要:为解决施工困难问题,提高山地光伏微型灌注桩施工质量和效率,文中结合实例,研究山地光伏微型灌注桩快速精准施工技术。通过前期地质调查,选择合理的钻孔机械,确保钻孔质量、提高成孔效率;利用自制装置的可调节车轮直径的小车,实现在坡地平稳行走,便于完成钻孔、浇筑施工任务;小车设置可升降漏斗和摄像头,使混凝土精确快速入模;漏斗设置截门,控制混凝土料的入仓速度和入仓量,减少混凝土料浪费。山地光伏微型灌注桩快速精准施工技术,可实现加快施工进度、降低损耗的目的。In order to solve the construction difficulties, improve the construction quality and efficiency of mountain photovoltaic miniature pile. The article combines examples to study the rapid and precise construction technology of mountain photovoltaic micro grouting piles.Through early geological survey, reasonable drilling machinery is selected to ensure the quality of drilling and improve the efficiency of drilling. The trolley with adjustable wheel diameter of the self-made device is used to realize smooth walking on the slope, which is convenient to complete the construction tasks of drilling and pouring;The trolley is equipped with a lifting funnel and a camera to make the concrete enter the mold accurately and quickly. The hopper is equipped with a closure door to control the speed and quantity of concrete material into the warehouse and reduce the waste of concrete material. The rapid and accurate construction technology of mountain photovoltaic miniature cast-in pile can finally realize the purpose of speeding up the construction progress and reducing the bottom loss.
