摘 要:文中以龙岩市第二生活垃圾焚烧发电项目为例,就跨度、荷载等级以及预应力值对无黏结预应力无梁楼盖工程造价的影响进行分析。结果表明,当跨度由6 m增加至12 m时,总费用提升86%;当活荷载由2 kN/m^(2)增加至14 kN/m^(2)时,总费用提升19%;当平衡荷载为板自重,预应力由2 kN/m^(2)增加至8 kN/m^(2)时,总费用提升了12.3%;故在满足结构性能的前提下,尽可能地降低跨度、上部荷载等级及预应力值等,以降低无梁楼盖的工程造价。Taking the second domestic waste incineration power generation project in Longyan City as an example, the influences of span, load grade and prestress value on the cost of unbonded prestressed beamless floor project were analyzed. The results show that when the span is increased from 6 m to 12 m, the total cost increases by 86%. When the live load is increased from 2 kN/m^(2) to 14 kN/m^(2), the total cost increases by 19%;When the balance load is the dead weight of the plate, the prestress increases from 2 kN/m^(2) to 8 kN/m^(2), and the total cost increases by 12.3%. Therefore, on the premise of satisfying the structural performance, the span, upper load grade and prestress value should be reduced as much as possible to reduce the project cost of beamless floor.
