摘　　要：作为中华文化精髓的诗词,展现了民族的精神面貌。大学肩负着文化继承与创新的责任,而校园诗词大赛则成为传播传统文化的新方式。西安电子科技大学通过组织校园诗词大赛,成功地将传统优秀文化与现代教育体系相结合,实现了科技与人文教育的融合。这一举措不仅极大地激发了学生对古典诗词的爱好和热情,还有效地促进了学生文化素质的提高和人文精神的培养。本文旨在探讨传统文化在人才培育中的作用,为大学传统文化教育和人才培养提供新的视角。As the essence of Chinese culture,poetry embodies the morale of the nation.As universities bear the responsibility of inheritance and innovation of the culture,poetry competitions have emerged as a new means of disseminating traditional culture.Through holding poetry competition,Xidian University has successfully integrated fine traditional culture into the modern education system,achieving a fusion of science and technology with humanities education.This approach not only greatly stimulates students’passion and enthusiasm for classical poetry but also effectively promotes the improvement of their cultural level and the cultivation of humanistic spirit.This paper aims to explore the role of traditional culture in talent cultivation and provide new perspectives for traditional culture education and talent development in universities.
