摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会强调中国式现代化,重点发展数字经济和区域经济,落实金融强国战略。推动长三角金融一体化是区域整体一体化的关键,而数据要素市场化正是实现这一目标的核心手段。文章分析长三角金融一体化现状,探讨数据要素市场化与区域金融一体化的机制,并提出具体措施。研究表明,数据要素市场化可提高金融市场效率,促进金融创新与风险管理,支持区域金融政策调控。建议构建数据要素市场基础设施,完善法律法规和政策,助推数据要素市场化,加速长三角金融一体化,推动区域经济高质量发展。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized the importance of Chinese modernization, giving priority to the development of digital economy and regional economic coordination, and implementing the strategy of building a nation with financial power. Promoting the financial integration of the Yangtze River Delta is the key to the overall integration of the regional development, and the marketization of data elements is exactly the core means to achieve this goal. This paper analyzes the current situation of financial integration in the Yangtze River Delta, discusses the mechanism of marketization of data elements and regional financial integration, and proposes specific measures. The results show that the marketization of data elements can improve the efficiency of financial markets, promote financial innovation and risk management, and support regional financial policy regulation. It is recommended to build a market infrastructure for data elements, improve laws, regulations and policies, promote the marketization of data elements, accelerate the financial integration of the Yangtze River Delta, and promote the high-quality development of the regional economy.
