摘　　要：目的探讨血浆miR-17-5p、神经丝轻链蛋白(NfL)及胎盘生长因子(PlGF)在子痫前期中的表达及与围生结局的关系。方法选择2021年1月至2023年1月山东省淄博市第一医院接诊的97例子痫前期患者为研究对象,设为病例组,并选择同期在本院孕检的健康孕妇80例作为对照组,比较两组的血浆miR-17-5p、NfL、Pl GF水平变化情况及妊娠结局。结果病例组血浆miR-17-5p、NfL较对照组更高,血浆PlGF较对照组更低,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);轻度组血浆miR-17-5p、NfL水平显著低于重度组患者,血浆PlGF水平显著高于重度组(P<0.05);两组围产儿死亡比较无显著差异;病例组不良妊娠结局发生率较对照组高,新生儿体重及Apgar评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在子痫前期患者中血浆miR-17-5p、NfL及Pl GF的表达和围生结局之间存在着密切关系,有望为妊娠期高血压疾病的治疗开辟新思路。Objective To investigate the expression of plasma miR-17-5p,Neurofilament Light Chain Protein(NfL)and Placental Growth Factor(PlGF)in preeclampsia and their relationship with perinatal outcomes.Methods A total of 97 cases of preeclampsia patients from January 2021 to January 2023 and 80 healthy pregnant women from our hospital were selected as the control group.The changes in plasma miR-17-5p,NfL and PlGF levels,pregnancy outcomes,and their correlation analysis were compared.Results Plasma miR-17-5p and NfL in the case group were higher than those in the control group,and plasma PlGF was lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The levels of plasma miR-17-5p and NfL in the mild group were significantly lower than those in the severe group,and the levels of plasma PlGF were significantly higher than those in the severe group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in perinatal death between the two groups.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the case group was higher than that in the control group,and neonatal weight and Apgar score were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions There is a close relationship between the expression of plasma miR-17-5p,NfL and PlGF and perinatal outcomes in preeclampsia patients,which is expected to open up new ideas for the prevention and treatment of hypertensive diseases in pregnancy.
