摘 要:软土地基主要以淤泥、淤泥质土和粉土状粘性土等为主,具有渗透性差、强度低等特点,很容易发生沉陷、滑动现象。而深层水泥搅拌桩工艺是软土地基处治中较为常见的一种施工技术,能够显著增强软土地基承载力和稳定性,保证工程建设质量与后期运营安全。文章首先阐述了软土地基处理中深层水泥搅拌桩施工工艺的优势,然后以某公路工程软土地基处理为研究对象,对深层水泥搅拌桩施工工艺要点进行了深入分析。实践证明,深层水泥搅拌桩施工工艺的应用显著增强了软土路基承载力和稳定性。Soft soil foundation is mainly composed of silt,mucky soil and silty clay,which has the characteristics of poor permeability and low strength,and is prone to subsidence and sliding.The deep cement mixing pile technology is a common construction technology in the treatment of soft soil foundation,which can significantly enhance the bearing capacity and stability of soft soil foundation,and ensure the construction quality and later operation safety.This paper first expounds the advantages of the construction technology of deep cement mixing pile in soft soil foundation treatment,and then takes the soft soil foundation treatment of a highway project as the research object,and analyzes the key points of the construction technology of deep cement mixing pile.Practice has proved that the application of deep cement mixing pile construction technology has significantly enhanced the bearing capacity and stability of soft soil subgrade.
